Symptoms
- When I try to install my antivirus and a message is displayed indicating there are other Panda 0r AVG or Kaspersky Security antivirus programs installed on the PC.
- The automatic uninstallation from Start, Programs, Panda Antivirus, Uninstall has not been completed correctly.
1.Instructions:Panda anti virus
- Download the UNINSTALLER.EXE (642 KB) file.
- Save the file, to the Windows Desktop for example.
- Run the UNINSTALLER.EXE file by double-clicking it.
- Click Yes when a window showing the following message is displayed:
Do you want to run this uninstaller?
WARNING: It will reboot at the end to ensure a clean uninstall. - Even if the window is not displayed, please reboot your computer once the uninstallation process is completed.
- Only if you have a 2012/2011 or 2010 antivirus product, check if the Hotfix registry key exists in:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Panda Software\Setup\In order to do so, follow the steps below: - Go to Start / Run and type REGEDIT.
- Browse through the tree structure until you find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Panda Software\Setup\Hotfix
- Once you have found the Hotfix folder, right-click on it and select Delete.
2.Instructions:Kaspersky Lab
Some errors might occur when deleting Kaspersky Lab products via Start > Control Panel > Add\Remove Programs (Add/Remove Programs). As a result the application may not uninstall correctly or remnants of the application may remain in the system.
Removal utility enables complete uninstall of the following products:
Under 64-bit OSs the removal utility does not uninstall Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0/7.0 and Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0/7.0.
The utility deletes activation information. Make sure you have your activation code before running this tool as you will need to re-activate after you reinstall.

In order to fully uninstall the product:
1.Save the uninstall utility on your computer: download the archive kavremover.zip. Unpack the archive (for example, using WinZip)

2.Run the file kavremover.exe.
3.Enter the code from the picture. If you cannot read the code from the picture, click on the button next to the picture to generate a new code.
4.In the Following products were detected section select the required product to be uninstalled. Click on the Remove button. If you wish to delete some products, it is required to delete them separately.
The Remove all known products option is recommended to be used ONLY when you do not know which Kaspersky Labproduct was installed and the utility does not detect any Kaspersky Lab product.

5.The removal process may take some minutes.
6.Wait until a dialog window appears to inform you that the product was successfully removed.
7.On the open dialog window, click on the OK button.
8.Reboot your computer.
9.If you had more than one Kaspersky Lab product on the computer, you should rerun the removal tool and chose that product from the list and remove this too.
By default, a log file with the name kavremvr xxxx-xx-xx xx-xx-xx (pid xxxx).txt will be saved in the folder where the utility is located.

3. Instructions: AVG
AVG Remover eliminates all the parts of your AVG installation from your computer, including registry items, installation files, user files, etc. AVG Remover is the last option to be used in case the AVG uninstall / repair installation process has failed repeatedly.
WARNING
All AVG user settings will be removed after the uninstall process is complete, as well as content from the Virus Vault and all other items related to AVG installation and use. You will be asked during the removal procedure to restart your computer. Therefore, please make sure to finish your work and save all important data prior to launching AVG Remover.

1.Download AVG 2011 remover for (32-bit)

2.Save to your Computer.
3.Run the tool,follow the instructions on the screen.
